Earlier this year, the Marketing Communications team(formerly known as Creative Solutions) launched a new project management tool called RoboHead.
The team has logged more than 450 creative projects since the tool launched in March.
If you have a design request, you should use RoboHead to initiate the project – even for higher priority items. Emailing the team, individually or through Marketing Communications, can result in missed emails and delayed responses. Starting Jan. 1, 2019, new projects will only be accepted from the RoboHead project management tool.
RoboHead allows you to track the project as it progresses, and provides updates, including when projects are in queue, under review or completed. You can also use RoboHead to order reprints of previously designed collateral (brochures, flyers, etc.).
To submit a project, click here to fill out the request form. If you’re a first time user, select “Create an Account” at the bottom of the login screen and follow the prompts.
