Hear! Hear! New Engagement Committees Formed

When you spoke, we listened!

Earlier this year, we asked for your insight about working at LifeCare through the associate engagement survey. We can only get better based on hearing from you on what’s working and what is not, so we appreciate you taking the time to share your candid thoughts.

As a result of your valuable feedback, the LifeCare leadership team has established several committees to review, analyze and address opportunities for improvement in the areas of staffing, benefits and communication, which were the most common trends identified from the comprehensive survey data.

Three committees got to work this summer, and are meeting frequently to build detailed plans around action items, and execute feasible changes.

So, who’s on first?
