At the center of our movement is delivering world-class, patient-centered care. A critical component to carrying out this mission is quality. To provide our clinical teams with strategic, quality overview is our new Vice President of Quality & Risk Management Twila Loudder.
Twila is an experienced health care professional with extensive knowledge in quality and clinical care. Throughout her career, she has served in a multitude of roles including ownership of a home care agency, senior director of quality, performance improvement and risk for an LTAC and STAC in Texas, along with several leadership and front-line clinical roles. Most recently, Twila has been serving as our VP of Clinical Operations providing strategy development and delivery of clinical operations for all LifeCare facilities.
In her new role, Twila is responsible for directing and planning LifeCare’s clinical and operational quality improvement process and programs. She will work with facility leadership to establish and oversee all aspects of clinical quality, risk management, patient safety, infection control and other related safety initiatives.
