The clock is ticking – but it’s not too late! You still have ONE week to complete the 2018 Associate Engagement Survey. Help us make sure LifeCare continues to be a great place to work by sharing with us your candid feedback through the online survey by March 7.
“As all of you know, we’ve refocused our strategy and are dedicating a lot of resources to ensure our people are engaged and enjoy coming to work every day,” says CEO Jim Murray. “By completing the Associate Engagement Survey, you will help us understand how we are doing, what we are doing well and our areas for improvement.”
To ensure we’ve taken all the right steps to obtain the feedback of our associates with full anonymity, we’ve partnered with NRC Health to conduct the survey as opposed to hosting it internally like in past years. NRC Health also administers our patient satisfaction survey and is a reputable leader in healthcare analytics.
“Because of our partnership with NRC Health, no one at LifeCare will have access to your individualized results. We did this purposefully to ensure our associates feel comfortable sharing their honest feedback about their role, facility and the overall state of LifeCare,” says Murray. “It’s so important for us to know how we are doing as a company. Your responses will help us continue to grow and keep us on a path of success.”
Requesting a new access code
All associates received the LifeCare survey and a unique access code via email and a letter to their home the week of Feb. 12. This code was provided to you by NRC Health to ensure associates only complete the survey once.
If you did not receive either or have misplaced your individual access code, you will need to contact NRC Health directly as LifeCare does not have access to this information.
