Annual performance reviews start tomorrow, March 1, for full-time and part-time associates. These annual reviews are important as they provide associates and their managers an opportunity to connect and discuss job performance, goals and organizational priorities.
To align with the rollout of The LifeCare Movement, we are replacing our former behaviors with our new values, which associates will be asked to measure their performance against.
