It’s your time to be heard! The 2018 Associate Engagement Survey is now live and available through March 7 to all associates. We encourage you to take 10 minutes from your day to provide us with your feedback so LifeCare continue to be a great place to work.
You should have received an email and letter to your home with a direct link and a unique code to complete the survey. If you did not receive the email, please check your JUNK folder in Outlook and contact the Help Desk if you need assistance. If you did not receive a letter to your home, please send an email to Employee Communication.
The online survey can be completed via desktop or mobile device. As a reminder, this year’s engagement survey is conducted by NRC Health – a leader in health care analytics and our patient satisfaction survey provider – so all responses will remain confidential. Only aggregate data will be collected, which will be used to create action plans across the organization.
For us to continue to grow as an organization, we must embrace change and be agile in our approach to new things – including the language we use, both internally and externally. You may notice a shift in the use of the word employee to associate. This is done with purpose and influenced by our CEO Jim Murray and members of our leadership team.
“To me, the use of the word employee feels too formal and siloed. I want us all to feel unified and operate as one team working towards the same mission,” says Murray. You may see additional changes to our wording as we continue to shift our culture and incorporate language that better expresses our new mission, vision and values.
