As we continue to invest in our people and live out our strategy each day, we are excited to announce the launch of a new culture champion community. These local, culture ambassadors have been selected to help us promote and educate our associates around company-wide and local initiatives.
What is a culture champion? Associates selected for this role are drivers of culture change, engage with their fellow associates, support the movement and promote programs/initiatives locally to create a space that empowers everyone to deliver an exceptional care experience.
“Your new culture champions are passionate about LifeCare and will serve as a great local resource to you,” says Karen Javine, Vice President of Human Resources. “I encourage you to get to know and talk to them as they will keep you up to date on programs and initiatives.”
